Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while protecting our small property from last-minute cancellations.

Direct Bookings

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 80% balance is due 14 days before your arrival.

If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival:
Your 20% deposit will be retained, and any additional amount you have paid will be refunded.

If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival:
Unfortunately, no refund will be provided.

No-shows and early departures:
No refunds are provided for guests who do not arrive or who choose to leave before the end of their booked stay.

Changing Your Dates

If you need to change your booking dates, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate date changes, subject to availability.

Unexpected Circumstances

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. If something prevents you from travelling, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Any exception to our cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Hilltop Haven.
